High season rates: (mid June - mid Sept)
$1400 for two, per week. Extra person, $50.

Shoulder season:(mid Sept- Oct, May - mid June)
$1000 for two, per week.

Low season: ( Oct - May)
$800 for two, per week
longer terms negotiable

Daily rate: $220/ night - three night minimum

Non-smoking, no pets, please.
