High season rates: (mid June - Mid Sept) $900 per couple, per week. Extra person, $50. |

| Low season rates (October - May): $600 per couple, per week |
| Monthly rates: October - May $1200/ month or $850/month, long-term (-plus some utilities) |
Daily rate: $150/ night - two night minimum |
